Sell your saddle directly to us for an immediate payout

The Highline Tack Buy-Out rate is currently 60% (minimum buy-out fee of $1000)

Simply complete the form below and we will let you know your saddle’s Buy-Out value.

How it works:

We provide shipping for all incoming saddles (see below). The incoming shipping fee is $100 (this includes full insurance) and will be deducted from your payout, so no need to pay for shipping up front!

  1. Complete the Buy-Out form below.
  2. We will email you the breakdown for the Buy-Out of your saddle.
  3. Print 2 copies of the shipping labels provided.
  4. Wrap your saddle in bubble wrap (please no styrofoam/packing peanuts) and place your saddle in a box that is approximately 14”x14”x24” up to 18”x18”x24” (ideally, please reuse the box that we sent you if it’s in good condition) *Make sure to use a Double-Wall box or reinforce a Single-Wall box with additional cardboard on all sides. Single-Wall boxes with no reinforcement will not be covered by our shipping insurance policy.*
  5. Place one shipping label inside the box and tape the other shipping label on the top of the box.
  6. Drop the saddle off at any UPS store or any UPS access point (CVS, Staples and others – find a location near you here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US)

Your saddle will be shipped UPS Ground with full insurance. We will send you an email to confirm its arrival with us.

Once we receive your saddle, then we will contact you and pay you out within 24 hours.

We offer payout through Paypal (no fees will be taken out) or we can send you a check. 

We can also send it to you through a bank transfer directly to your bank account for $20 to cover the bank fees (we just need your routing number and account number).

Or, if you’ve purchased a saddle with us, we can also refund the payout amount to your payment method. 

*We are currently only accepting saddles that match the following criteria:

  • Jump saddles only and no Monoflap saddles
  • Manufactured within the last 10 years and upgraded leather only (no grain leather for any brand)
  • PRO panels, thinned panels or wool flocked only

  • Amerigo 16.5″-17.5″
  • Antares 16.5″-17.5″
  • Black Country 16.5″-18″
  • Bruno Delgrange 16.5″-17.5″ (grain leather ok)
  • Butet (17.5″ or smaller, except any size for wool flocked)
  • County M, MW, W, XW widths only and 16.5″-17.5″
  • CWD Mademoiselle and SE01, SE02, SE03 with 1C, 2C and 3C flaps and 16.5″-17.5″
  • Devoucoux Bairritz O model only 16.5″-17.5″ Pro Panels, SB or -5 Only
  • Equipe 16.5″-17.5″
  • Erreplus 16″-17″
  • Fairfax 17″-18″
  • Forestier 16.5″-17.5″ unmodified Pro Panel and Fin Panels Only
  • Loxley 17″-18″
  • Meyer 17″-17.5″ Act 2 model only
  • Pessoa (Interchangeable gullet only)
  • Prestige 17″ or smaller, must be wool
  • Stubben 17″-17.5″, wool flocked only
  • Tad Coffin – SmartRide Tree models only and 17″-17.5″
  • Voltaire – Palm Beach with unmodified Pro Panel and Fin/XFin panels only 16.5″-17.5″
